How can I check the status of my order online?
After submitting an order to us, we will send you an order acknowledgement email with your order number and details of the products you have ordered from us and any details of any delivery service. You can also contact our customer service center.
If you are a registered user, you can also view your order status logging in your account with your user ID (e-mail address) and password, and then clicking on the "orders" button.
Do you accept orders online for international delivery?

Can I pay my bill online? How?
You can pay your HAJEEMOOSA bill online conveniently and securely. In addition, you can pay through cheque/demand draft. hajeemoosa.com accepts PayPal, Visa, MasterCard, and American Express. Your account will be charged once your order has been shipped. We don't accept personal checks, money orders, or any other form of payment.
How many days will it take for my purchased merchandise to be shipped?
It takes 3-5 business days for an in-store merchandise to be shipped from our facility. In case the product isn't an in-store merchandise it will be minimum 2-3 weeks for the product to be shipped.
How do I register?
You can register by visiting the Log In section. All you need to do is enter your name mobile number and email ID; a verification link will be sent on your email ID, please click on it to authenticate your account. You can also log in with your Facebook or Google account. We do not share our customer data with any third party or post on your behalf, rest assured your data privacy and safety is secure with us.
How can I cancel my order?
If you need to cancel your order, you should send a email to firstname.lastname@example.org before order dispatch.
